【背景知識】

一組粘蛋白型糖蛋白唾液酰劉易斯抗原（SLA），如CA19-9和CA19-5，已被公認為胃腸道癌的循環(huán)癌相關(guān)抗原。CA19-9是最重要和最基本的碳水化合物腫瘤標(biāo)記物。CA19-9在組織中的免疫組織學(xué)分布與定量測定CA19-9濃度高于正?；蜓装Y組織的結(jié)果一致。最近的報道表明，胰腺癌、結(jié)直腸癌、胃癌和肝癌等各種胃腸道惡性腫瘤患者的血清CA19-9水平經(jīng)常升高。與CEA一起，CA19-9升高提示炎癥性膽囊疾病中的膽囊腫瘤。這種腫瘤相關(guān)抗原在某些非惡性疾病中也可能升高。研究表明，血清CA19-9值可用于監(jiān)測上述診斷為惡性腫瘤的受試者。LFTHA已經(jīng)表明，治療后血清CA19-9值持續(xù)升高可能預(yù)示著隱性轉(zhuǎn)移和/或殘留疾病。持續(xù)升高的血清CA19-9值可能與進行性惡性疾病和不良治療反應(yīng)有關(guān)。CA19-9值下降可能表明預(yù)后良好，治療反應(yīng)良好。
